Jordan Smith

HOMELESS SERVICES CASE MANAGER

Jordan Smith is a social worker and community organizer dedicated to advancing equity and dignity for all people. She earned a Master of Social Work degree from Georgia State University, where she focused on grassroots advocacy, uplifting the unhoused community, and building collective power.

At Intown Cares, Jordan is honored to walk alongside her clients as they navigate housing, employment, and other essential services. Grounded in mutual aid and collective care, her work reflects a deep belief in the intrinsic power within each of us to co-create a world where ALL are cared for. Through acts of solidarity, not charity, Jordan sees community as the root of resilience and our shared path toward a more just and free society.

When she’s not working, Jordan enjoys long walks, poker nights with her neighbors, singing karaoke at home with her fiancé and two cats, and spending time with her twin sister.
