Kelly Goldston (DeBonis) is senior vice president, e-commerce at Carter's, Inc. She previously served as chief digital officer at Spanx and has led growth marketing for two high-profile consumer startups: Eloquii, acquired by Walmart, and Diapers.com/Quidsi, acquired by Amazon. At Eloquii, Kelly played a key role in Series A, B, and C venture capital fundraising and ultimately the Walmart acquisition in 2018. 
   
Kelly holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Columbia College of Chicago. She lives with her husband and daughter in Atlanta’s Candler Park neighborhood.
