HOMELESS SERVICES PROGRAM MANAGER
Sierra Holden is a dedicated human services professional with more than a decade of experience across healthcare, behavioral health, and community outreach. She is a Certified Peer Specialist–Mental Health (CPS-MH), Certified Whole Health Action Management (WHAM) Facilitator, and Certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Responder.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Sierra’s lived experience — including overcoming homelessness as a teenager — has shaped her deep commitment to advocacy, empowerment, and trauma-informed care. This perspective strengthens her ability to connect authentically with individuals and families while fostering hope, healing, and resilience within the communities she serves.

Sierra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in human services with a concentration in family and children services. She combines medical knowledge and behavioral health expertise to address complex needs with compassion, clarity, and care.

As Program Manager at Intown Cares, Sierra leads with empathy, integrity, and purpose — promoting collaboration, supporting recovery, and ensuring every client is met with dignity, respect, and opportunity.
​
Outside of her role at Intown Cares, Sierra is the founder of Sierra’s Sisterhood, a community-based organization dedicated to empowering young girls through mentorship, education, and wellness initiatives.
